On behalf of the Cole Hardware team, we want to express our concern and sympathy for all those afflicted by the coronavirus. Cole Hardware is an essential business, and we will remain OPEN and ready to serve you.
Our top concern is for the health and well-being of our customers and our crew members. We are stepping up efforts to keep all exposed surfaces sanitized. Our shopping carts, baskets, and register counters will be wiped down at regular intervals. We are bringing extra vigilance to staying healthy. Our staff is required to stay home if they aren’t feeling well, and we are asking both crew and customers to practice social distancing.
We thank all of our Cole Hardware associates who have moved mountains of in-demand merchandise as a community service in the last few weeks. As an essential business, we will continue to operate under the shelter-in-place recommendations that have been issued for the counties of San Francisco and Alameda.
With the spread of coronavirus across the country, we want to offer support and a steady hand. We’re relying on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health officials to inform our recommendations. Our buyers are working relentlessly with our suppliers to stock up on in-demand items such as cleaning and disinfectant products, masks, hand soaps, hand sanitizers, and everything else you need to preserve and protect your home and your family.
Minimizing contact will help prevent the spread of this illness, and we’ll continue to offer several ways for you to get what you need through online shopping, curbside pick-up, and home delivery, as our staffing allows. For store pick-up, shop at acehardware.com and choose curbside or in-store pickup, or call us directly to place an order. We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to get the products you need, when you need them, with minimized contact.
Cole Hardware exists to help others, and we are committed to supporting our community in this time of need. We will continue to be proactive in providing you the products you need, with a helpful and healthy staff, clean facilities, and accommodating delivery options.
