Our guarantee, as posted prominently in our stores and stated in all of our marketing and advertising, is simple:

“Our commitment to you: Your satisfaction guaranteed. Period.”

We mean it. At any time we will give you a prompt and courteous credit, refund or exchange.

Payment Options:

Online, we except Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payment. You may type them into our secure order page. Or you may call us at 1-415-777-4400 (9:30 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday). We will gladly take your credit card number over the telephone.

Shipping:

We normally ship via UPS. For our customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and our customers at APO boxes, we will ship by USPS, as that is usually the most economical way. At your direction we will ship next day or second day air.

Please note: Shipped Internet orders must total at least $50.

Please note on your order which San Francisco store you would like to have your order waiting for you. If you prefer local delivery please note that as well.

Allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship or to be ready for pickup. You will be notified of any undue delay.

Returns:

Quite simply, if you are not happy, we want you to return the product to us. We will either refund your money or send you a new replacement at your option. (Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.) Simply email us at service@colehardware.com. Tell us what you ordered, when you ordered and what you would like to see happen. We will respond right away.

Privacy:

Your email address belongs to you. It will not be sold nor shared with third parties under any circumstance. We will send you no email at all without your permission.
