It’s more than a name change. We’re ratcheting up the benefits, modernizing the process, and giving you access to your 5% rebate on your purchases throughout the year. And best of all for our largest recipients, your rebates won’t expire. You can roll them over from year to year!

Your 2010 Frequent Shoppers rebate will be applied to your new Cole Hardware Rewards card. You’ll be given your Cole Hardware Rewards card during your first visit to our stores in 2011.

You will receive a new Rewards card and new key fob for your key chain. You will still enjoy the same great benefits that our previous Frequent Shoppers program offered: 5% rebate of purchases, free weekend City-wide delivery, your birthday discount and more. The new Rewards program will now allow us to automatically apply 5% of your purchases to your Rewards card every three months. You no longer need to wait until the following year to enjoy your rebate! (For example, on April 1, 5% of your purchases made between January and March will automatically be loaded onto your Rewards card. If you spent $100 in those months, $5 will be posted to your Rewards card.)

Our Rewards program is free. The key fob attaches to your key chain, so our cashiers can easily swipe it for your purchases to apply to your Rewards account. If you happen to lose your keys and someone finds them and pops them into a mailbox, they will come back to us, so we can notify you. The Rewards card is just like cash and cannot be replaced, so you’ll want to be sure to hang on to it.

In order to notify you when you have money transferred to your Rewards card, we will need a current e-mail address tied to your account. Please be sure to give us your current e-mail address.
